ADDITIONAL INSPECTION SERVICES:


  • Home Inspection - Costs are based on size, age, and other factors. Each property is evaluated individually to provide the best price to our clients.  Inspections follow The International Standards of Practice for 
    Performing a General Home Inspection and The International Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors. 
  • FHA Compliance Inspections performd using HUD-92051 form with photograph documentation $225
  • Pneumatic Air Pressure Testing of water supply lines only to determine the presence of major leaks. The cost for Pneumatic Air Testing is $250.00 that is due at the time of services,
  • Pest / Insect Inspection of accessible areas is based on the overall home size starting at $125 (each home is priced individually to establish the best price possible).

Conventional Rehab Loan Consulting, Investor Rehab Loan Inspecitons and Consulting, Roof Inspections, Permit Cordination, Project Management, Owners Representative Services, Plan Reviw, etc. are priced on an individual basis.​

​​​203K & HOMESTYLE LOAN CONSULTING SERVICES INFORMATION

  The 203K / HomeStyle Consulting fees include the initial compliance inspection, consulting services, and documentation typically provided for your 203K or HomeStyle rehab loan. The Consulting Fees are due in full at the time of initial inspection.  The fees for your project are individually priced based the HUD Allowable Fee schedule as a guideline. Should after review of the property the costs may be different and/or require additional services and we can adjust the cost accordingly to fit your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due at the time of inspection and must be made via personal check or money order as you are typically allowed to be reimbursed for the 203K Consulting fee, and you will need the cancelled check and my paid invoice as proof of payment at closing.
