The cost of a home inspection can vary depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. We ensure to individually price inspections based on our review of the house listing to provide the best pricing for you based on the home of your choice.

It's recommended, but not required to be present during the inspection. Being present allows you to ask the inspector questions and gain a better understanding of the property's condition; However, I understand life can't be placed on hold and buyers can choose to be off the property when the inspection is happening. Our inspections are incredibly detailed with photo and video clips used to help buyers understand what specific issues there may be.
